PRODUCTS AND REPAIR
Compressors
AGT provides repair, troubleshooting, swap-out, and overhaul services for RIX Industries’ high and low pressure air compressors. We take pride in the fact that we are the only company licensed to perform contract work on RIX Industries’ aftermarket compressors. These contract jobs fall under OEM services and tend to remain under government contracts, specifically the US Navy. In order to accomplish these jobs, we utilize our shops in both Chesapeake and San Diego. However, when our work takes us outside of these locations, AGT will happily send our talented technical representatives to take care of it!
FMC Pumps
In addition to repairing air compressors, AGT is also outfitted to grant these services for FMC’s Reverse Osmosis High Pressure Salt Water Feed Pumps.
Flushes
AGT is currently equipped to complete technical pipe flushes for nitrogen, oxygen, high pressure, low pressure, and electronic dry air systems. To assist with these jobs, AGT has constructed two custom built flushing rigs that help heat our water and cleaning agents. In this process, we primarily use Navy Oxygen Cleaner, but our trained flush crew is still able to use TSP to ensure the removal of contaminants in the air systems. AGT has the capabilities to do so to both MIL-STD-1330D and MIL-STD-1622 standards and a dryness to the dew point of -40°F. Our crew can handle any pipe flush, and will assure that the end result will meet these standards.
